New Jersey State Incentives

411 Energy Services LLC is the only insulation company in NJ that offers Energy Audits, Air Sealing, Infrared Inspections, and all six types of insulation products. We sell Spray Foam Insulation (open cell and close cell), Tripolymer Injection Foam Insulation, Tripolymer Block Fill Insulation, Cellulose Insulation, and Fiberglass Insulation. Because we install all of the retrofit products available we can offer an unbiased evaluation and quote that is based on what's best for your home and your budget.
Energy Evaluation
A Home Energy Evaluation is the first step in the upgrade process. As part of your evaluation we will collect data on your home, collect data on the energy upgrades that exist, test your combustion appliances to make sure they are operating efficiently, look for gas leaks, and make sure there are no carbon monoxide related health risks. The data collected will be inputted into NJ's database to see which program you qualify for. Once we have confirmed the appropriate program we will send you a quote based on the upgrades that exist and tell you for which program you qualify for.Incentive Programs
The state incentive programs are based upon how much we can reduce your energy bills and not how much you make.25% Energy Reduction
- 0% financing for most home owners
- 50% cash rebate, up to $10,000
- $1,000 worth of air sealing for some homes
- Federal Government Tax Credit
- Total Incentives - $22,500 worth of work for $10,000
Less Than 25% Energy Reduction
- 10% cash rebate, up to $2,000 or a 5.99% interest loan
- $1,000 worth of free air sealing
- Federal Government Tax Credit
- Total Incentives -$4,500 (Up to $22,500 worth of work done for $18,000)
If there are any life safety or carbon monoxide problems they will need to be addressed prior to starting work on your home. New Jersey will not reimburse you unless these repairs have been addressed.
